Friendship can be really really hard as adults. It is also one of the most fulfilling and essential things as we age. Kicking off a series of conversations focused on celebrating friendships and the many different aspects of friendship, we’re welcoming Liz Cox as our very first guest on the podcast! Liz is Cassie’s real-life best friend, marketing and branding wiz, Creative Director of Twirl Bridal Boutique, co-owner of Refined Retail Consulting, host of Twirl Talk Podcast, beloved daughter, treasured friend, the best Aunt Lizzie to a million baby besties, and all-around a gem of a gal. She also is someone who is walking in a season different than most of her friends and still the number one cheerleader for us all.

• Don’t be afraid of the question, “How can I love you well or better?”
