Welcome to the latest episode of Lunch with Shelley with this week’s special guest Tim Ebner.  Tim is a food and travel writer who has been featured in The Washington Post, Eater, Thrillist, and Edible DC among others.  He is also one of the authors of a fabulous new book called “EaterLand – Recipes and Stories from Across the United States” that explores regionally renowned foods and the role they play in forming our country’s culinary identity.
