Happy New Year Soul Sista's!!!

I know how difficult this time of year can be, with so many expectations, judgements & comparisons (mainly from yourself lets be real) along with everyone else's "highlights" being plastered everywhere. It's brutal. So what I wanted to stress for this New Year is celebrating any & all accomplishments you made (no matter how small) - YOU FUCKING MADE IT - & a gentle reminder that the only comparisons you should be making is between you & your past self.
