Kristina was recently published in a best selling book called Better Woman-which you can find on Amazon.  In her chapter she discusses how she battled childhood bullying and brought herself out of the bed and ito coaching chronically ill women. With school just starting back I believe this is going to be a wonderful learning experience and very informational.
