Today as we continue to celebrate women in the DFW area, we interview Dr. Sugarman of Girls to Women and Young Men's Health and Wellness https://www.gtw-health.com. This medical practice focuses specifically on ages 10-25; tweens, teens, and early adults, because isn't that the time in life  that is so awkward and challenging. This medical practice is centered around that, and helps this age group adjust to what is happening in their bodies. We learned so much in this conversation with the Dr., not only about the practice, but also about COVID and how it's still important to be careful, we also talked about ADHD, a topic that is important to me and many of my followers.
