Welcome to the 3rd annual "Celebrating Women" series. The time of the year when we celebrate women doing greater works for National Women's History Month. This year the them is S.M.A.R.T. Women. In life and business coaching the acronym s.m.a.r.t. means something specifically related to goal setting. The same is true for this year's series.

S.M.A.R.T. - Spiritual, Motivated, Achiever, Resourceful, Timewise

The series will include special radio shows and telecalls with women who are S.M.A.R.T.

For tonight's premier show you will hear from me. I start the series' celebration with the "S" in SMART. Smart women are "Spiritual." A smart woman is Spiritual. She knows her God and understands His purpose for her life. If she is in the discovery stage she hungers and thirsts for His righteousness and plans for her life.

A Spiritual woman is strong, dignified, multi-talented, caring woman who is an individual in her own right. With all her responsibilities, first and foremost, she looks to God. Her primary concern is God’s will in her life. She is a woman after God’s own heart. Tonight we will examine the characteristics of a spiritual woman. When a woman is Spiritual, she is a role model for all Christian women today.
