Celebrity Death Pool Podcast

We are reflecting on the Most Impactful, Most Shocking and Least Shocking deaths of 2024. Recapping who was declared the winner of the year & looking forward to our predictions for 2025.

"220,221...whatever it takes."   We catch up on 6 months of celebrity deaths which includes some of our favorite Martin Mull characters.  We also talk about some of the best shows on TV (and whether or not Bethany could actual survive on Naked and Afraid. Spoiler....she could not).  It's a long one, so buckle up & enjoy!

Bethany & Brad do a little something different this time & talk about several of the shows they've been recently watching.  Not everything has to be about death....but apparently even if celebrities aren't dying, they're still watching shows just about as dark. They talk #BabyReindeer, #QuietOnTheSet, #TheCircle and #DontPickUpThePhone.   Hopefully you like this little deviation from the normal content!

Bethany & Brad recap the 2023 season catching up on nearly 6 months of celebrities we've lost:  Matthew Perry, Bob Barker, Tina Turner, Paul Reubens, Alan Arkin, Jimmy Buffett, and more!   Join us as we crown the winner and look ahead to 2024!

Also - enjoy our new theme music courtesy!

Would we get into a propane tank powered by a PS4 controller to see the bottom of the ocean?  Definitely not.... but did one us pay $69.95 for the uncensored VHS Jerry Springer tapes back in the 90's - ABSOLUTELY!   Let's talk about St Louis Royalty, 90's talk shows, 80's wrestlers and the fact that money doesn't buy common sense.

We start a brand new game year! No points so far, but some notable names: Tom Sizemore, Lisa Marie Presley, Raquel Welch & Jimmy Carter (not yet!!).

This double length episode is a doozy & we recap the biggest celebrity deaths of 2022!  There were a lot of shockers here!   #Twitch #AnneHeche #KirstieAlley #QueenElizabeth #BobSaget #RayLiotta #LeslieJordan and more!

Very excited to have a guest co-host this week! Tracy is an expert in all things royal & she was the perfect person to have sit in when discussing the death of Queen Elizabeth, the new King Charles and all the drama associated.  We talk about not only Queen Elizabeth, but Robbie Coltrane, Loretta Lynn and several others.

This episode is JAM PACKED!  Bethany & Brad covered a lot in this one, including not 1, but 2 different conspiracy theories (we know she loves them!).

Bethany & Brad discuss the unfortunate timing (dare we say sus) death of Ivana Trump. The effortlessly cool James Caan and whether or not Boogie Nights was pornographic or not. We also talk about implementing a new rule called the Burton Block in honor of a true St Louis radio legend, Jeff Burton.
