Meanwhile in the world of the Boston Celtics. The big news as of late is the rumors surrounding free agent to be Kevin Durant. The Celtic's are 1 of several teams who have been reported to be making a run at the all-star forward. However the latest rumors have said the Celtic's actually got to speak with Durant's agent who informed the Celtic's of what players the Celtic's would have to get on the roster in order for Durant to be willing to join the Green team. Durant and the Thunder had a 3-1 series lead over the Golden State Warriors before losing 3 games in a row to the defending champs and losing the Western Conference Finals. We will discuss the latest reports on the Kevin Durant competition and break down what is at stake for him in his decision in terms of staying in OKC compared to going to another team and what would our guest decide to due if they were the ones trying to pry Durant from OKC. Meanwhile the Celtics also extended the contracts of GM Danny Ainge and Head Coach Brad Steven's. Some reports have said that those moves were a requirement that the team was informed Durant would want in order to come this way while other reports say the team is just trying to make itself look better to free agents overall.
