The Celtics since the last show played 4 games the night after our last show the Celtics faced Demarcus Cousins and the Sacramento Kings from the TD Garden in Boston. After Al Horford only got 5 field goal attempts in the loss to the Pistons on Wednesday night the Celtics made sure that the star big man got his shots this night and it paid off. Al Horford led the team in scoring with 26 points while also having 6 blocks which 3 came on Demarcus Cousins. The Celtics bench were dominated in this game by their Sacramento counterparts by a 32 to 12 scoring margin but the Celtics top 4 players all scored 15 points or more to overcome that poor performance. The following night the Celtics were in Philadelphia to take on the 76ers. Despite the 76ers being one of the worst teams record wise in the NBA the 76ers gave the Celtics all they could handle as the Celtics escaped Philly with a 1 point win 107-106. Isaiah Thomas scored 12 straight points in the 4th quarter and 37 in total to give the Celtics the win. The Celtics 2 nights later faced off with James Harden and the Houston Rockets. The Celtics would lose this game 107-106 as Al Horford had a chance for a last second game winning layup but it rimmed out. The Rockets outscored the Celtics by 16 at the free throw line as they took 31 free throws to the Celtics 12. The final game since our last show saw the Celtics face off with the Orlando Magic the Celtics would have to  play this game however without Isaiah Thomas. But the Celtics proved no Isaiah no problem as they picked up a 30 point win against the Magic in Orlando 117-87. Brad Stevens opted to have Marcus Smart start in place of Isaiah Thomas. Avery Bradley led the team in scoring with 23 points but the team got a good performance from all its starters as all 5 starters were in double figures in this game. Meanwhile off the bench Terry Rozier and Jaylen Brown also scored in double figures. We talk with Warren Shaw about it
