Rockets vs Warriors in the Western Conference Finals is the series that will determine the NBA Champion no one in the East has a chance thats what the insiders keep saying. Well that may be how the insiders think and they may be right but the Celtics got their last chance to prove whether or not they got what it takes to put up a decent fight against one of those 2 Western Conference Powerhouses when they were in Houston to take on the Rockets. The Celtics already 1-1 vs the Warriors this season winning in Boston before losing in Golden State by only 4 points went into Houston 1-0 vs the Rockets beating the Rockets in a game in Boston which featured both teams missing key players. The Celtics would have to go into Houston still wiithout Gordon Hayward facing off with a 100% healthy Rockets squad that was on a 15 game win streak. The Celtics led for most of the game before ultimately falling apart late and losing the game by 3 points to the Rockets. The game was a big win for the Rockets however the performance from the Celtics knowing what has been said about the team as of late and how they arent elite may have proven something to all those trash talkers out there. The Celtics also after facing a weak Chicago Bulls team in full tank mode traveled to Minnesota to take on the playoff contending Timberwolves just 24 hours ago. The Celtics got the win however it came at a cost as Jaylen Brown with 1 minute left in the 3rd on a 2 hand slam lost his grip and landed awkwardly on his neck and was taken to a hospital. So the Celtics Talk Crew will discuss what did the performance of the team in those games prove in regards to where they stand compared to Toronto, Cleveland, Houston and Goldent State.
