The 2016 NBA Draft is here. The Celtics have a bunch of picks in this years draft but none more valuable then the #3 overall pick. The Celtic's now have to make a decision as to what they intend to do with that pick. Will they keep it and draft a player out of college and hope that player becomes a force to be reckoned with. Or will they trade it to another team to get a player who can help the team now. The 30 NBA team's are just over a week away from the chaos of NBA Free Agency beginning which the Celtic's will also be big time player's in as they will have enough money to sign 2 max free agents from this year's free agency market. The top dog being Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder. But that is then the draft is now. The Celtic's come into this draft with 3 first round picks (3, 16, and 23) and 5 second round picks (31, 35, 45, 51 and 58). Will the Celtics trade some of those picks away maybe to get a superstar from a team looking to rebuild or afraid their star will leave like they did in 07 when they traded for Ray Allen. Or will they trade for a role player and just see if they can lure the big fishes in free agency. Or will they just stand pat and draft someone from the college ranks.
