Rand Paul needs to learn about birds. Interestingly they are pretty similar to us neurologically. There is defiantly reason to question these studies but not really becasue of the study itself. Unless you are like me and believe animal testing and studying on animals is inferior to human studies.. I mean you can see why they aren't getting humans addicted to cocaine and testing their sexual behaviors... I don't think that would fly.. I am sure there are other ways to study things like this so perhaps we can change laws to better represent the way we look at drugs. I don't think we will ever eradicate drug use in humans..

 ALSO THOUGH this seems rather distracting from more serious issues at the moment, It is a shame though we cant really prioritize spending to the degree they are looking to cut anything because they don't understand it yet.. Or maybe you thin all public spending is bad? Understandable but drug abuse is really a blight on humans in the way it is handled currently. Yes, that too is related to government interference Good observation. We really need to rewrite A LOT of policies. -<3 Violet
