The Safety LOA or LOA 16, a contractual agreement between the Company and JetBlue ALPA, incorporates Central Air Safety involvement in our Safety Management System, protections and policies to support a “Just Culture” and allow further engagement of JetBlue Pilots in our safety reporting systems to strengthen our reporting culture.
