Over the past five years, the central Ohio population has grown about six percent. But job growth has increased by almost 16 percent. So job growth and population growth are certainly not matching. Tim talks about how the older workforce is affected by this change.
Often you hear that what is good for mature workers is also good for millennials. Commonalities of workplace needs for both groups include many things.
Will technology affect jobs available for mature workers?
What value is there for mature workers to pursue employment in a job of their "passion" and possibly create their own business?
