With the return of COVID severity, Centric Consulting made a last-minute pivot from an in-person gathering for our Summer Meeting, going with an all-virtual, multi-media approach.

Since we are a noted pioneer in operating a virtual culture, our leaders managed this without missing a step. But was anything else missing? After all, these regular gatherings keep us all connected and remind us that we're part of something we all have in common. Could we replicate those connections in the virtual setting?

As we report in this podcast, it seems like those connections are safely intact. We virtually sat down with a few of our employees the week of our meeting to talk about their experience with staying virtual along with other elements of the meeting. Our discussions quickly moved on to exciting developments in our marketing capabilities, stimulating topics brought up in the breakout sessions and more.
