CEO CORNER 360°

Ryan Skoog explains that meaningful leadership begins with friendship with Jesus, not busyness. He suggests simple daily prayer practices, relying on community for support, and letting time with God bring strength and purpose to work.

Tom sits down with Ryan Skoog — CEO of Venture and co-author of the New York Times bestseller "Lead With Prayer" — as he shares how a bike ride to raise money for missions grew into Venture, a ministry devoted to reaching the world's "unsafe, unreached, and unresourced" places.

You'll be encouraged, challenged, and inspired by Ryan's stories of incredible faith and you'll get a glimpse of the heart behind "Lead With Prayer."

Tom and Deryl discuss Deryl's book Maximize Your Dash.
