When you hear the term 'CEO', you're instantly taken to some big wig in a suit on the top floor of a big tall skyscraper.

To many, to be called a CEO is a label of leadership that only the 'super-successful' get to be called, and the way in which they carry themselves is like their feet don't touch the floor.

There are so many small business owners that see these people & wish that they could carry themselves with that air of invincibility, but can't because they don't feel 'important' enough.

Why not??
