  • The In-Between - What The Practice Looks Like When Life Is Quiet

E came home from four months in Italy to a strange silence. His mom was grieving. A relationship ended — not from lack of love, but from honesty. And the loneliness of being in-between chapters was real and present. In this episode — the most personal solo episode of the show — E shares where his entire philosophy of life came from. Not from a book or a seminar. From a hotel lobby in Venice in the summer of 2008, when his childhood best friend Carlo didn't make it out of surgery, and a gear was installed in the back of a car that has never come out. This is the episode about what the CEO mindset looks like when life is quiet, grey, and ordinary. And why the grey Tuesday is the real test of everything you've built.

    Show Notes:

The practice is not for the peak moments.

The practice is for exactly this.

The grey Tuesday. The quiet house. The in-between.

The CEO of your life doesn't wait for conditions to be right to show up as themselves. The CEO shows up first. And the conditions follow.

This week — one question: where are you waiting for conditions to be right before you show up fully? Find that place. Show up there today.

To Carlo — I know I am. And I know I will continue.

  • Imagination - The Most Powerful Tool You're Not Using

Two weeks ago E was in a room with three thousand people in Basel, Switzerland. Before the meditation started, Joe Dispenza asked everyone to journal on three questions: what is the possibility you want, what are all its parts, and what are the elevated emotions that go with it. In this episode, E takes that experience and builds the most complete teaching on imagination the show has delivered. From Neville Goddard's foundational truth that imagination is the most powerful creative force available to a human being, to the most important reframe of the episode — anxiety is the misuse of imagination — to E's own daily mantra practice and the proof that his entire current reality is the product of his imagination over the last eighteen months. Abraham Lincoln said it best: to believe in the things you can see and touch is no belief at all. But to believe in the unseen — that is a triumph and a blessing.

    Show Notes:

    You are always imagining.

The question is never whether. The question is always what.

Anxiety is the misuse of imagination. The person who worries vividly already has the capacity. They just need to point it differently.

    This week's practice:

Find fifteen minutes — morning is best. Journal on three questions:

    1. What is the possibility you want? Make it specific.
    2. What are all its parts? See it completely.
    3. What are the elevated emotions that go with it? How do you FEEL in that life?

Then close your eyes. Move between the clear intention in your mind and the elevated emotion in your body. Back and forth. Until they speak the same language.

Do it every morning this week.

"To believe in the things you can see and touch is no belief at all — but to believe in the unseen is a triumph and a blessing." — Abraham Lincoln

  • The Thermostat of Your Life - Self-Image

Every morning E looks in the mirror - not to check how he looks, but to look into his own eyes and hold it. Three years ago, after closing on the Villas - a twelve-year project - his first thought was "I got lucky. I won't be able to do this again." That is not a success story. That is a self-image story. In this episode, E builds on Maxwell Maltz's Psycho-Cybernetics and Joe Dispenza's neuroscience to explain the thermostat that governs every result in your life - and uses the most personal story of the show so far to prove it. From a lunch in Puglia and a shoulder shrug that changed everything, to the three practices that rebuild a self-image from the inside out - this is the episode that explains why you can't outperform the image you hold of yourself. And what to do about it.

    Show Notes:

    You cannot outperform your self-image.

Not your goals. Not your potential. Not what people tell you you're capable of.

    Your self-image.

    This week's practice:

Every morning - before the phone, before the day - look in the mirror. Into your own eyes. Into the pupil. Hold it. Feel the person you're becoming. Not hope them. Feel them. Let that be the first thing your nervous system experiences today.

A woman who is pregnant doesn't wait for the belly to show before she knows. She knows from the inside. Before the world can see it. Before anyone confirms it.

    That is the standard.

  • The Meaning You Give Everything Is Running Your Life

There is a tattoo on E's right hand. It says pronoia - the belief that the universe is always conspiring in your favor. He didn't always believe that. For a long time the meaning he gave to life was the opposite - why me, why not me, why does this keep happening. In this episode, recorded from Copenhagen on the way to a Joe Dispenza event, E goes deeper on one of the most powerful ideas in the show: we are meaning-making machines. From Tony Robbins' three questions that determine the quality of your life, to the law of polarity and why a positive must always exist for every negative, to the three-step practice for retraining your habitual meanings - this is the episode that changes how you see everything that happens to you. Plus - a preview of next week and a book you need to get before you tune in.

    Show Notes:

The meaning you give things is not the truth about those things.

It's the truth about who you are right now - based on the story you've been living.

    And it can change.

    This week's practice:

Every time something creates a negative feeling - pause before the meaning arrives. Ask: what meaning am I giving this? Is it true - or is it habitual? Then choose one that is equally true and actually serves you.

Before next week's episode - get this book:

  • The Decision That Changes Everything

Every effect in your life traces back to a decision. Not the decision you think you made — the decision you kept making. Or stopped making. In this episode, recorded from Sardinia where E made a decision three years ago that changed the shape of his life, E breaks down the truth about decisions that nobody talks about: making it once is never enough. From why your own logic is the most dangerous enemy of every decision that could change your life, to the four characteristics of a CEO-level decision, to the most liberating reframe in the show so far — there are no wrong decisions, only decisions that were right for the version of you that made them. Plus — a preview of what's coming next week that will change how you understand every decision you've ever made.

    Show Notes:

Every great life was built one committed decision at a time.

Not a perfect decision. A committed one. Made again and again until reality had no choice but to catch up.

This week — look at one area where you feel stuck. Ask yourself honestly: what decision have I actually been making here with my actions? Is it the CEO version? Or the old story?

If it's the old story — make a new one. Today.

  • Courage - The Secret Ingredient Behind Everything

Today a sales call didn't show up. And for a moment - just a moment - the doubt crept in. In this episode, E teaches courage not from a comfortable distance but from inside the struggle - because that's where courage actually lives. From the quote that changed everything ("the secret to happiness is freedom, and the secret to freedom is courage"), to why courage feels like doubt not certainty, to Newton's first law applied to identity - this is the episode that bridges the wisdom of the Six Pillars into the daily practice of becoming. One shot glass. One domino. That's all it takes to start.

    Show Notes:

The secret to happiness is freedom.

The secret to freedom is courage.

This week - one shot glass of courage.

Not the whole mountain. One thing you've been avoiding. The message. The call. The post. The decision.

  • The Fifth Pillar — Concentration (with Luca Pani)

In a cold apartment in Cagliari - via Milano 57 - a young boy watched his father work for hours in the attic. Green gloves with cut-off fingertips. The sound of a keyboard clicking for hours. He didn't understand what he was witnessing then. He does now. In this milestone tenth episode, E and his father Dr. Luca Pani explore the Fifth Pillar of Wisdom: Concentration. From why the brain is wired to scatter attention, to the 3:10 AM wake-up cycle and how to use it for lucid concentration, to why multitasking is a myth and ADHD may be a mirror for parents - this is the most clinically precise and practically useful conversation of the series. Plus - as a thank you for ten episodes - E shares a gift for the CEO Mindset Community. The fifth of six episodes with Luca Pani on the Six Pillars of Wisdom.

  • The Fourth Pillar — Perseverance (with Luca Pani)

Ten years. Nine banks. COVID. No forbearance. And they pulled through anyway. In this episode, E opens with the true story of buying the Villas - a ten-year journey that started as a handyman and ended with one of the most hard - won real estate closings you'll ever hear about. Then E and his father Dr. Luca Pani explore the Fourth Pillar of Wisdom: Perseverance. From why perseverance is you and you alone in splendid isolation, to the difference between a revolution and a lifestyle shift, to why the moment people around you start reacting is the greatest confirmation you are changing - this is a conversation about what it really means to keep dropping on the stone until it yields. The fourth of six episodes with Luca Pani on the Six Pillars of Wisdom.

From the difference between situational patience and relational patience, to why plants know what season they're in before humans ever do, to why desperation is the worst negotiating position in life - this is a conversation about the conscious wait that steadies mind and heart, and why faith may move mountains but patience is what allows you to climb them.
