The NCAA and its member colleges have drawn heavy criticism for not paying college athletes. College athletics earn $14 billion annually, yet athletes aren't allowed to profit. Today, CEO of The Professional Collegiate League Ricky Volante joins me. 

Ricky, along with some intelligent and thoughtful leaders, including former NBA Allstar and Champion David West, are building a professional basketball league that will not only pay its athletes but provide them with scholarships to attend college.
