Chris Ullman is a communications professional, author, inspirational speaker, mentor, and champion whistler. He is president of Ullman Communications, a strategic advisory firm, and previously served as Director of Global Communications at The Carlyle Group, led communications at the White House Budget Office, ran the public affairs office at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and was spokesman for the U.S House Budget Committee. Chris is the Strategic Communications Expert in Residence at High Point University, a Senior Advisor at Narrative Strategies, and a Trustee of The Fund for American Studies. Gloria Nevarez, a 25-year veteran of intercollegiate athletics, is the second Commissioner in the history of the Mountain West Conference. Nevarez comes from the West Coast Conference (WCC), where she served as Commissioner since 2018. While at the WCC, Nevarez shaped nearly every facet of the internal and external operations of the WCC. She directed significant overhauls to the conference’s branding, expanding the league’s national television contracts, adding a long-term title sponsor for the men’s and women’s basketball tournaments, and launching groundbreaking social justice initiatives. Derek L. Anderson Sr was born in Louisville in 1973. Abandoned by his parents at the age of 10, he would find himself sleeping in empty apartment buildings, old school buses, and even his high school gymnasium. He would become a single parent at age 15, work two jobs, but stayed focused enough to graduate with a 3.7GPA as Class President. Derek believed that living in poverty was just a mind set and even at a young age he believed that winning was a choice, as well as losing. He would earn a full scholarship to The Ohio State University and then transfer to the University of Kentucky, where he won the NCAA Championship in 1996. Derek was drafted as the 13th pick in the 1997 NBA draft and became the 1st player signed to the Michael Jordan Brand and was given his own signature shoe.  In 2006, Derek won a World Title with the Miami Heat, becoming 1 of 13 players to win an NCAA and NBA championship. Scott Greenlee is a lifelong resident of Michigan, and works as a Consultant in the Corporate and Political world, operating Greenlee Consulting.  Greenlee Consulting also partners with Advanced Management Consulting Philippines Inc, which is based in Manila, the Philippines.  He has been active in many organizations including the Jaycees, or Junior Chamber International where he was the World President in 2007, and he is on the Board of Directors for the Kiwanis Foundation of Michigan, Police Week Michigan, and the Xavier DeGroat Autism Foundation.  He had a 10-year sales career with AT&T before opening his own consulting firm in 2004, and has been very active in politics working in staff roles for Presidential Candidates and Managing Campaigns at the Congressional, State Senate, State House, and Judicial levels.  He also worked for the Michigan Economic Development Corporation on small to medium business support for International Export opportunities, and in the Executive Office of the Michigan Attorney General.  Learn more at https://createeveryopportunity.org/
