Keith has a Ph.D. in Brewing from the University of Brussels and is the creator of Blue Moon, the most successful craft beer in the United States and driver of the craft beer movement. After retiring from brewing nationally renowned craft beers, Keith was eager for a new challenge and he founded CERIA Brewing to create great-tasting non-alcoholic brews so that no matter why you choose not to drink alcohol, you can still enjoy a great tasting brew.
