Ceri's Story

After tragically losing our Dad to Cancer in 2018, we have encountered many challenges over time. One of the biggest, has been our stuggles with mental health.

As 'Geezers', we often keep our thoughts and feelings in our own head. This, through our experience, is probably the worst way to combat mental health issues. We have found that by opening our mouths and our minds to others, we can find peace and positivity in the darkest of times.

So in 2020, we smashed our heads together and decided to start this podcast in the hope it gets some Geezers to open up!
