J. Cole is a ICON; in music and in North Carolina especially. I had the pleasure of attending the largest Hip Hop event NC has ever seen. The fact that it was thrown by one of it's own is unbelievable. I'm a 43 year old man from Raleigh. If someone had asked me if this was possible when I was 16, I would've responded with a resounding hell no! But here we are. And it's amazing. We talked about it all on this ep.
