Nichole Stohler is founder and host of The Richer Geek Podcast, where she lives out her mission of educating and empowering high-income professionals to find creative ways of building wealth and financial freedom. Nichole has been in technology sales for 22 years, and absolutely loves how fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse the industry can be. As much as she’s enjoyed her career, however, Nichole realized she needed a “plan B.”

So she created one. While working full-time, Nichole and her husband built an 8-figure real estate portfolio of multi-family, single-family, and hotel properties.

With her own “plan B” in place, Nichole believes that it’s not only possible, but it’s essential that others in high-income roles find ways to make their money work for them, so they can finally achieve the wealth and financial freedom they deserve.

Nichole and Mike are also hotel syndicators helping investors passively invest in real estate projects.
