This week on CFTC Talks, we speak with CFTC Chairman Chris Giancarlo and review his white paper, "Cross-Border Swaps Regulation Version 2.0." At the FIA Expo conference, the Chairman states, "If a satisfactory resolution cannot be found, the CFTC will have no choice but to consider a range of readily available steps to protect U.S. markets and market participants. Be assured that the CFTC has a range of options."
