This video shows users what they can do to connect Lync and Skype. If you want to connect Lync and Skype, it requires a little work on both ends. Skype users have to merge their Skype account with a Microsoft account, so they can sign on with a Microsoft user name and be seen by Lync users. Lync users have to add Skype users to their contact lists in a particular way. Both of those processes are demonstrated here, and we also provide the URL to Microsoft’s guide, which includes what to do to the Lync 2013 server.
