Good Good Good Good Vibrations! I think the Beach Boys were on to something. Apparently it wasn’t the Beach Boys but instead Whole Body Vibration Training (WBVT) was invented to keep Russian Cosmonauts shredded while orbiting the earth. Since then it has been refined and experimented with and now a standard in training facilities around the globe.
