Crisis and class struggle in Argentina (Interview with Hernán Ouviña)On November 19th, Argentine voters will return to the polls for the second round of the country's presidential election. In the runoff, Argentina's current Economy Minister Sergio Massa of the ruling Peronist coalition, who received 36 percent of the vote in the first round, will face Javier Milei, a right-wing libertarian and political outsider, who came in second. To learn more about the situation on the ground, I spoke with Hernán Ouviña, a professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences and a researcher at the Institute of Latin American and Caribbean Studies at the University of Buenos Aires.
