From watching his dad play classic music to impress his mum, to learning how to sing from his siblings, it's been a long time coming for our Cha Cha Spotlight Series Artist who goes by the name Lil Skib.

Lil Skib whose real name is Bassey Jeremiah Pericles, is a fast-rising artist from Lagos State, where he began his musical career in 2015.

In 2019, he released his first single "Street," which gained recognition and a nomination for "BEST STREET SINGLE" at the Top Naija Music Awards.
