Charles Midencey aka Chachi is a chef who is originally from California and now lives in Washington. He has worked in the restaurant industry for a decade plus and has had various pop up restaurants including "Chachi's Pizza" that was very popular during the beginning of COVID. He currently is transitioning into creating a food based TV show.
