There are times in life when we are faced with challenges that we fear we cannot achieve. Those who believe that failure is inevitable often fail to achieve success. On the other hand, those who are unaware of the possibility of failure are more likely to succeed. 

Various things will happen to us throughout our lives. But how we react will determine whether we use those moments as tremendous teachers or bad memories. 

Throughout life, we are going to make many mistakes.  In fact, you can safely say that we will have a “plethora” of mistakes throughout our lives.  The question for us is whether we will learn from those mistakes and become better as a result.

The answer to the question "why" is often based on the facts related to the situation. However, there are other questions that we can ask that can help bring a better sense of closure in our times of misunderstanding.
