This episode begins with the conclusion of mishnah from previous daf. Discussion of how to understand 2 cases which seem to teach the same issue, interposition. R. Illah believes it is interposition in both cases and both are necessary, Rava believes that interposition is learned from the 2nd case and the 1st case is actually based on a principle related to what constitutes a miqvah.
