And I can see why certain people quietly point toward it without ever explaining why.

It’s an obscure book. Or was.Until Lou Elizondo started referencing it.He’s former CIA.A big part of the UFO Disclosure movement.So it can be considered signal.

And once you read Chains of the Sea,you realise — this isn’t entertainment science fiction.It’s destabilising. But in a strange way… stabilising too.

Not fatalistic.

And the surprising thing is it came out in the early 1970s.Yet it could have been written today.
