Welcome to this guided meditation for awakening and balancing your chakras. This session begins with a simple breathing exercise to help you relax and settle into the present moment. You will then be guided to focus on each of the seven chakras, from the Root Chakra at the base of your spine to the Crown Chakra at the top of your head. Through the use of colored light visualization and specific affirmations for each energy center , this meditation aims to foster a sense of balance and alignment.
