When life feels off-centre, it’s often because one part of us is calling out for attention, whether it’s emotional, physical, or energetic.
This guided chakra meditation takes you on a journey through each of the seven main energy centres of the body, gently helping you tune in, listen, and restore balance. With grounding visualisations and affirmations, you’ll learn to reconnect to your own inner alignment, moving from survival mode to a state of ease and clarity.
Whether you’re new to energy work or simply in need of a reset, this session invites you to pause, breathe, and bring your whole self back online.
Realignment doesn’t require perfection. It begins with presence.
(Use the journal prompts below to get more from your meditation.)
You can also find my meditations on my website, Insight Timer and YouTube
Journal Prompts - Chakra Balancing Meditation
* Which chakra felt the most active or noticeable during the meditation? What emotions or memories came up as you focused on it?
* Were there any energy centres that felt blocked or quiet? What part of your life might that reflect right now?
* How do you usually respond when you feel out of balance? Do you tend to push through, withdraw, or seek clarity?
* What simple daily practices help you feel centred and aligned (even briefly)? How might you bring more of those in this week?
* What does “being in alignment” feel like to you, not in theory, but in your own body and day-to-day experience?
(You can choose to use them all or just pick one or two.)
Why use these journal prompts?
Journal prompts can be incredibly helpful because they provide a structured way to explore your thoughts and feelings, encouraging deeper self-reflection and personal growth.
By guiding you to consider specific aspects of your experiences, journal prompts help you uncover insights and patterns that might otherwise remain hidden.
They can enhance your meditation practice by allowing you to process and internalise what you've learned, bringing a greater sense of mindfulness and self-awareness.
Through regular journaling, you create a valuable space for self-expression, clarity, and emotional healing, making it an essential tool for personal development and well-being.
