In all fairness, the reunion show probably could have been one night instead of two but who can blame MTV for squeezing every last ounce out of The Challenge fruit? Some feuds were revisited and we learned about a mysterious hookup that we never saw plus we had a few good laughs mostly thanks to Nelson's favorite "toy." NESN.com's Lauren Campbell and I want to thank you all for listening this season and look forward to the next season whenever it premieres later in 2021!

Season 36 of The Challenge might be over but that doesn't mean that MTV has squeezed the last ounce out of this tasty fruit. NESN.com's Lauren Campbell and I go over all the highlights, lowlights and stuff that got a reaction out of us when most of the cast reunited either in person or via Zoom with our favorite former NFL player/random host Vernon Davis.

It only took 19 episodes but we are finally here: the second part of the final in Iceland. Lauren and I review which teams finished first, second, third and fourth/disqualified. This is our longest show yet and you can understand why since there is so much to talk about after an excellent finale.

The final is here! We get the first part of the final and it's a doozy with the revelation that one of the four teams will be eliminated on day one. Meanwhile, the first-place team gets to split $900,000 and the second-place team gets to split $100,000. The third-place team gets nothing. Do you like disgusting food and drinks? You came to the right place, bring your favorite puke bucket!

We are down to one last episode before the final begins next week in Iceland! Once again, we get another dose of Hall Brawl and one of our other favorite characters (and maybe the most underrated guy) from this season is eliminated at the worst time possible. It started with 30 people and now they are down to eight people with four legit teams set to battle it out.

We say goodbye to our favorite person from this season but we know it's a lock that she'll be back for many future seasons of The Challenge. If you watched American Gladiators back in the day, odds are that the daily mission will look familiar minus all the roided up meatheads and strippers that they pulled out of clubs to be on the show. Hall Brawl makes another appearance too for the women's elimination in the crater. The final is so close, you can almost taste it.

The final is getting oh so close and the last person without a gold skull finally gets her chance at earning one in the crater. Another veteran that has lost many other times at this point in the game gets a chance to rewrite her own history. Also, have you ever seen grown men get into a heated argument at an 80's party? Hilarious.

After a win by one of the newer teams in the awesome looking underwater mission (say it with us-tectonic plates), a legendary veteran and younger star both get the opportunity to prove themselves in the crater. Meanwhile, multiple other teams feature people that are already sick of their partners. Can't we all just get along?

Hope you enjoy watching people eat disgusting food and sipping a gross drink then puking over and over! The mission in the warehouse does not disappoint and it ends with another win (the 3rd) for the best team in this season. Later, two women without Gold skulls duel in the crater for the last Gold skull (men or women's) that's up for grabs. Fessy is also in the middle of a possible bizarro love triangle, weird. Finally, we get three new teams-one of which is basically guaranteed to end poorly for one of our favorites.

Multiple people get sent home, another is forced out of the game with a very painful injury, there's an incredible hot spring in Iceland (who knew?), our favorite team's run comes to a crashing halt and we get a brief look at a brutal mission on next week's show. Oh and Kyle says a bunch of hilarious stuff.
