A couple weeks ago, I gave you an assignment to come up with a personal challenge you are struggling with. I came up with my own and the idea was to write the challenge down on the left side of a piece of paper and, on the right side each day, write down something to be grateful for relating to that challenge. I chose my nine-to-five in accounting and you will find out why. (If you know me, you already know why;)) I hope you find value in this as we often look at challenges as obstacles or as a bad thing but really, they are a valuable tool in showing us how to be grateful! Please leave a rating or review for the pod wherever you listen and shoot me an email at [email protected] or follow me on Instagram @getrealwithlisa.
