In my opinion, our topic today doesn't get talked about enough. If I'm being honest I am guilty of it myself. And thats not being fully transparent about the realities of real estate good and BAD. Im sure for most realtors, when we are setting expectations for our clients we don't purposefully leave out the possibilities of things not going as planned. Honestly its an oversight because we probably have high expectations for the transaction and how we expect it to go. So today, Im going to break down a couple of those things that COULD go wrong that I have been experiencing personally and hearing from these real estate streets
