Really immersing yourself to upgrade your skills and become the person(and entrepreneur) that you want to be can involve pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone. It may also increase learning about yourself, as well as the other areas in your business.
In this episode, Traci talks candidly about her own experiences and discusses her entrepreneurial journey. She shares with you the challenges she has faced and how adversity can be used to propel us forward to live a life we are proud of if we understand our ‘inner game’

Growing up in a confusing often volatile and unloving environment where the experiences I had with those I was meant to be able to trust was contradictory to how I thought about myself led me to doubt my own interpretation of me.
In a moment of clarity, I understood something incredibly profound, I didn’t need someone else to tell me I was worthwhile I needed to do that for myself.
This was a turning point in my understanding, I needed to find the solution that was the correct fit for me and change my self-sabotaging behaviours.
I needed to do something different to gain something different.
The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) changed my life helping me to release a number of my trapped emotions and gain a feeling of confidence, self-renewal and hope.
If we have self-limiting beliefs and sabotaging behaviours because of past experiences then all of the opportunities and strategies we have for our business will inevitably fall short until we understand, change and overcome those behaviours.
Sometimes what we go through is actually what makes us. It helps us to shine a light on the direction and path for others to reach their desired destination.
Self-sabotaging behaviours do not define you, and you can get through it. Seek out help to make sure you are living the life that you really want, that you are able to be free of the emotional baggage you may have been carrying around with you.
I’m always striving to be a better human, a better entrepreneur and to inspire and empower other women. Every experience I have been through in my life personally and in business has made me the business mindset coach I am today.
I hope sharing some of my experiences helps others to feel empowered, inspired and to know that anything is possible.
