In this episode, we are joined by Owen Smith. With two decades of experience in the Canadian cannabis industry, Owen possesses a wide range of subject matter expertise based on two decades of working with patients, advocates, dispensaries, producers, and processors as well as one of the world's largest cannabis corporations. In 2009 Owen raised a constitutional challenge called RvSmith which is the most successful cannabis case in Canadian history, legalizing cannabis extracts, edibles, and oils.
