Psychologists say it takes 21 days to build a habit and 90 days to build a lifestyle.

My friends and I, inspired by Yes Theory's 100 days of sweat challenge, got to thinking about the value of doing group challenges. We realized that a 100 day challenge in a group creates structure for learning, accountability, and motivation. 

We decided to try 100 days of a plant-based diet. This episode talks about why I think these challenges have value and documents what I have learned from my plant-based challenge.
