Michael is the Executive Director of The Finkley Experience; an educational consulting firm that specializes in first generation education. His organization counsels students to be successful within the college admissions process while in high school, trains secondary school administrators of best practices of how to support their first-generation population, and partners with colleges/universities in preparing their first-generation college students for an easy transition from high school to college. 

He's also the author of The Finkley Experience Educational College Set.
