Chandler Noe is a Clemson Graduate and was apart of the illustrious Tiger Band. He's been one of my best friends since middle school and we've been through so many things. Chandler is one of, if not, the smartest people I know and always knows the weirdest but coolest things. Thank you so much for the continued support!
