In this episode we discuss change and evolution. Much like the universe is always expanding, we are wired for growth. It can be intimidating and overwhelming, especially in todays society where many of us are told to conform to one way of being. A big part of change is surrender, to the universe, to the unknown and to our highest selves.

We give tangible action items for change and surrender, and end with a beautiful prayer for all of the Mystic Medicine Tribe.
