Creating change in any organisation is hard.
You're always going to be butting heads with the 'Old Guard' whenever you try to implement something new.
Trying to do that at scale, is almost impossible.
A better approach is to create change at a micro level and then try to create an environment that is conducive to letting that change spread throughout the organisation.
