Our wow word is Change and we mostly greet this with resistance and being uncomfortable.  Why?  You'll learn what our brain does when we introduce something new/change our habit.  You'll understand why it takes 21 days to create a habit.  We'll talk about tips on how to navigate change and how to have tools to support it.  We'll give ourselves grace when we are learning something new in creating a new habit.  We'll grab onto adaptability in dealing with change.  When we get on the other side of change- we have grown and learn so much about ourselves.  So check out this episode on Change!
