I'm passionate about authentic living and coaching others to through change - so this week's blog is going to look specifically at that. Change has to be about the long haul - period.

Anyone can make a change and then give up - but any significant or worthwhile change is going to take time. Whilst this is from a transgender woman's perspective, the narrative can be taken and applied by anyone who needs to make any significant change - to another way of living or being.
