12 - Change is Good!

How NOT to Avoid the Void, but to stay the course and be present to what is.

As we fall upon the autumn season, change is in the air and so it is! How do we ask for guidance to stay the course and lean into the change?

Our job is to simply be open to receive this wisdom - to know what to do next - to hear its guidance and to follow as directed, keeping my ego human mind in check.

As a human being, we are part and parcel of everything that exists here on Earth, and so together, let us tap into the positive and productive side of this universe, calling on the strength and power and knowledge - of everything that we have within us to evolve and be who I’ve come to be.

This is the journey of entrepreneurship, of creativity, of building a lifestyle business that you can do anywhere - when we operated as integrated whole beings, we will realize that creating a business is a reflection of our sacred journey through life.

We are creating a new space for this podcast to continue to talk about and deepen our journey.

More than just coaching, this podcast to be a space to explore the inner journey - to go deeper, addressing a balance of head and heart, integrating mindfully our whole self so that we are not operating from just one part of us and not the other.

We will consider mindfulness in our choices: the spiritual path of building an online community, challenges (and ways to overcome them), continue to offer applicable tools, and (on a process level) how to foster and hold space in the new platform of today’s media and technology.

In staying present and mindful to the journey of becoming, we aspire to inspire - to uplift you, adding balance and focus to your personal and professional ambitions, all the while, helping you stay awake through this process … and more!
