In this episode the boys talk about their 2021 goals and review theirs from 2020. They also discuss what works for them chasing goals.
Jayden talks to us straight out of NRL training camp with the New Zealand Warriors. He recaps an incredible 12 months which has seen him get in control of his life, find his purpose and essentially go from Division 2 Rugby league, back to the NRL. Incredible. A testament to the fact that when you make changes in your life, the results will come, if you do the work.
We go into detail on the life changing work he is doing with youth, especially 13-18 year old boys. He chats to us about everything from drugs and alcohol to dealing with some setbacks he is currently facing.
As always we have a few laughs with Jayden and even have a couple of celebrity cameos at the end.

Glenn is the major reason behind CMG. He is a leader, a mentor, a coach and a friend. He is an extremely driven, motivated and successful person. Glenn's main goal is, building better humans. He has an incredible story of leaving home before 15, spending 17 years in the military and becoming obsessed with personal development, for both himself and others. Glenn is doing incredible things through his business', his gym, his podcasts and his initiatives. He is truly building better humans and implementing positive change on the world. From living a toxic lifestyle as a business owner/concreter. Drug and alcohol abuse, along with many other things were bringing constant darkness to Justin's life.
Fast forward 6 years and he has dedicated his himself to chasing peace, happiness, spirituality and human optimization.
Currently living in Bali doing lots of work with orphanages and the less fortunate. Justin is also working on his own recovery program.

Starting his own company, completing multiple degrees, writing and speaking for major organisations and travelling the world to give back to different communities are just some of the things that Rhys is doing.
A BJJ brown belt, his mindset, work ethic, philosophies, journey and ability to walk his own path are inspiring and something that we can all take something from.
