Change Management is Difficult in a Small Business.

Managing change can be especially challenging depending on the company culture. In larger organisations, changes are often more streamlined and accepted with less resistance. In smaller businesses, however, resistance can be higher, potentially due to closer personal connections and a more informal structure. This paradox highlights how smaller teams might struggle more with change despite being more agile.


A valuable lesson from this is the importance of trust within a team, similar to the Greek concept of ecstasis, where team members follow decisions based on mutual trust. Additionally, engaging in personal challenges, like fitness goals, can be a great way to manage work stress and maintain balance.
